Heavy Duty Forged Brass Ball Valve
A ball valve uses a precision-machined spherical brass disc (the "ball") with a cylindrical flow bore through the center to control liquid or gas flow. When the bore is aligned with pipe flow direction, fluid passes unobstructed with minimal friction loss. Rotating the heavy-gauge steel handle 90° closes the valve against virgin PTFE seats with bubble-tight hermetic sealing.
Manufactured from dense, pore-free forged brass in Jalandhar, KBN ball valves feature blowout-proof internal stems, dual NBR/Viton O-rings, and heavy chrome plating over the ball to prevent lime scale adhesion and ensure effortless quarter-turn operation even after prolonged idle periods.
