Forged Steel Gate & Globe Valves
The KBN Forged Steel Valve series is designed in strict accordance with API 602, BS 5352, and ASME B16.34 standards for severe high-pressure, high-temperature service. Hot-forged bodies eliminate internal porosity and shrinkage cavities, providing unmatched mechanical strength and fatigue resistance.
Featuring an Outside Screw and Yoke (OS&Y) design with bolted bonnet, graphite packing, and hardened Stellite / 13% Cr trim, these valves provide tight shutoff and smooth throttling under steam, hydrocarbons, boiler feed lines, and thermal oil circuits.
